Two days, live online, instructor-led by an authorised AI-Native instructor. Day 1 covers the AI-Native Operating Model, diagnosing readiness, and building the roadmap. Day 2 covers driving adoption and habits, AI governance and risk, and measuring sustained change.
Yes, with three conditions. After completing both AINF and Value Architect, you must also go through our instructor enablement programme AND become an AI-Native authorised partner. Once all three are in place, you can deliver AI-Native Foundational and AI-Native Value Architect classes in your own organisation or as an authorised partner.
Both. Every public cohort runs live online. Private cohorts are available for teams of 5+ on request. All of them are instructor-led by an authorised AI-Native instructor.
If you want to apply your Value Architect expertise inside a SAFe enterprise, the natural next steps are SPC (SAFe Practice Consultant) and ASPC, which combine SAFe transformation skills with the AI-Native operating model. Value Architect + SPC is currently one of the highest-paid transformation profiles in the market.
