AINF is about personal AI-fluency — getting productive with AI tools for your own work. Value Architect is about leading enterprise AI adoption — diagnosing readiness, building roadmaps, governing risk, embedding habits, and proving ROI across an organisation.
Two days, in person, instructor-led by an authorised AI-Native instructor. Day 1 covers the AI-Native Operating Model and readiness diagnosis. Day 2 covers building the roadmap and driving adoption. Day 3 covers AI governance, risk, and measuring sustained change.
Yes, with three conditions. After completing both AINF and Value Architect, you must also go through our instructor enablement programme AND become an AI-Native authorised partner. Once all three are in place, you can deliver AI-Native Foundational and AI-Native Value Architect classes in your own organisation or as an authorised partner.
Both. Public cohorts run live-virtual by default. Private on-site or live-virtual cohorts are available for teams of 5+ on request. Every cohort is instructor-led by an authorised AI-Native Value Architect instructor.
If you want to apply your Value Architect expertise inside a SAFe enterprise, the natural next steps are SPC (SAFe Practice Consultant) and ASPC, which combine SAFe transformation skills with the AI-Native operating model. Value Architect + SPC is currently one of the highest-paid transformation profiles in the market.
