( 01 ) — SAFe & our courses
SAFe, and the courses we teach.
What is SAFe?
SAFe (the Scaled Agile Framework) is the world’s most widely adopted framework for applying Lean, Agile, and DevOps practices at enterprise scale. It gives large organizations a proven operating model to align strategy, fund value streams, and deliver value faster across many teams — not just one.
Which SAFe courses do you offer?
We deliver the full SAFe curriculum — Leading SAFe (SA), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe for Teams (SP), and SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), through advanced tracks like Implementing SAFe (SPC), Release Train Engineer (RTE), Lean Portfolio Management (LPM), SAFe for Architects (ARCH), and SAFe DevOps (SDP), up to our Advanced SPC (ASPC) — plus AI-Native courses that extend SAFe for the AI era. Browse all training →
How do I choose the right course?
It depends on your role and goal. New to Agile → SAFe Scrum Master; product or business → POPM; engineering or architecture → SAFe for Architects; leading teams → Leading SAFe; coaching or driving change → SPC; portfolio or PMO → LPM; coordinating multiple teams → RTE. Not sure? Take our free Career Selector or contact us and we’ll recommend a path.
Who teaches your courses?
Every course is led by a certified SAFe Practice Consultant Trainer (SPCT) — the highest SAFe teaching credential, held by roughly 125+ people worldwide. Agile Agilist is a Scaled Agile Gold Partner.
Do you offer AI-Native and advanced courses?
Yes. Alongside the standard SAFe catalog we offer AI-Native Foundations and advanced consultant tracks such as Advanced SPC (ASPC), plus focused micro-credentials.
( 02 ) — Registration & payment
Registering, and what’s included.
How do I register for a course?
Browse our training calendar, pick your course and date, and register online. You’ll receive confirmation, joining details, and access to your materials. Can’t find a date? Contact us — we may have unlisted or soon-to-launch cohorts, and flexible scheduling for teams and individuals.
What’s included in the course fee?
Live, instructor-led training led by an SPCT, official Scaled Agile courseware, the certification exam, and one year of SAFe Studio membership (digital workbook, practice test, digital badge, and resources).
Do you offer payment plans or financial assistance?
Yes. We offer flexible installment plans and case-by-case financial assistance, along with group discounts and early-bird offers. Contact us and we’ll structure a plan that fits your budget.
Do you offer group or corporate discounts?
Yes — generous discounts for 3 or more participants from the same organization, scaling with the number of registrants. Email info@agile-agilist.com for group pricing.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
Plans change — just let us know as early as you can and we’ll help. You can transfer your seat to a later cohort at no extra charge. Refunds are available for cancellations made ahead of the class start date; once your official courseware, SAFe Studio membership, and exam access have been issued, that portion is non-refundable, since the license activates on enrollment. To cancel, transfer, or request a refund, email info@agile-agilist.com and we’ll take care of it.
Can I attend on weekends or a flexible schedule?
Yes. We run weekend and split-day cohorts and can deliver multi-day courses across two weekends — ideal for working professionals and global time zones. For teams and private groups we build a schedule around you.
Do you offer private or on-site corporate training?
Yes. We deliver private, in-house, and virtual sessions tailored to your organization — customizable agendas, role-based coaching, NDA-compliant delivery, on-site or online. Explore corporate training →
What are the class formats?
Live and instructor-led, delivered virtually or in person. Every session is interactive and led by an SPCT — not self-paced video.
( 03 ) — Certification & Scaled Agile
Exams, certification, and membership.
What certification do I earn?
On passing the exam you earn the official Scaled Agile certification for your course (for example SAFe Agilist, SAFe Scrum Master, or SAFe Practice Consultant), recognized globally.
How does the SAFe exam work?
The exam is taken online through your SAFe Studio account after the class. Your first attempt is typically included and available for a set window after the course; each exam has its own passing score and time limit, provided with your course details.
How long is a SAFe certification valid?
SAFe certifications are valid for one year and are renewable. Renewal keeps your certification current and maintains your SAFe Studio membership and digital badge.
What is SAFe Studio membership?
Enrollment includes one year of SAFe Studio, Scaled Agile’s member platform — your digital courseware, practice exam, the certification exam, digital badge, and a library of resources and templates.
Do your courses qualify for PDUs/SEUs?
Yes. Our courses typically qualify for PMI PDUs, Scrum Alliance SEUs, and other continuing-education credits. Details are listed with each course.
What’s the difference between an SPC and an RTE?
SPC (SAFe Practice Consultant) leads SAFe transformations, trains others, and launches Agile Release Trains — a change-agent role. RTE (Release Train Engineer) is a servant leader who facilitates ART events, removes impediments, and optimizes flow day-to-day.
Are there prerequisites?
Most foundational courses (Leading SAFe, SAFe Scrum Master, POPM) have no prerequisites. Advanced courses (SPC, ASPC, RTE) have recommended experience or certifications listed on each course page. New to Agile? Start with SAFe Scrum Master or Leading SAFe.
