Do I need to take AI-Native Foundational (AINF) first?
Yes — AINF is a hard prerequisite for AINCA. You must have completed AI-Native Foundational and earned the AINF credential before enrolling in AINCA. The Change Agent course assumes you already have personal AI-fluency from AINF and builds the enterprise-rollout layer on top.
How is AINCA different from AINF?
AINF is about personal AI-fluency — getting productive with AI tools for your own work. AINCA is about leading enterprise AI adoption — diagnosing readiness, building roadmaps, governing risk, embedding habits, and proving ROI across an organisation.
How long is the AINCA course?
Three days, live-virtual, instructor-led by an authorised AI-Native instructor. Day 1 covers the AI-Native Operating Model and readiness diagnosis. Day 2 covers building the roadmap and driving adoption. Day 3 covers AI governance, risk, and measuring sustained change.
Can I teach AINF and AINCA after completing AINCA?
Yes, with three conditions. After completing both AINF and AINCA, you must also go through our instructor enablement programme AND become an AI-Native authorised partner. Once all three are in place, you can deliver AI-Native Foundational and AI-Native Change Agent classes in your own organisation or as an authorised partner.
What are the exam details and passing score?
60 multiple-choice, 90 minutes, passing score 80%. Your first attempt is included. Taken online with a 60-day access window.
Is the course available in-person or remote?
Both. Public cohorts run live-virtual by default. Private on-site or live-virtual cohorts are available for teams of 5+ on request. Every cohort is instructor-led by an authorised AI-Native Change Agent instructor.
