All course purchases made through our site are considered final. We attempt to give clear course descriptions and transparent information so that you may make an informed decision before enrolling.


Refund Eligibility: While all sales are final, we recognize that exceptional situations may arise. Refund requests will be considered on an individual basis. To be considered for a refund, please send a written request to our customer care team, fully outlining the issue and why you are requesting one.

Conditions for consideration:

  1. Medical Emergency: Valid evidence from a medical professional is required before considering a refund for a medical emergency that hinders course completion.

  2. Technical Issues: If course access is considerably hampered owing to technical issues on our end, we will first try to remedy the problem. If we are unable to provide a satisfactory solution, a partial or full refund may be issued.

  3. Course Cancellation: If we cancel a course for any reason, registrants will be refunded in full or given the option to transfer to another equal course at no additional cost.

Refunds will be granted within 10-15 business days after approval and reimbursed to the original payment method. Please keep in mind that any expenses made during the initial purchase (for example, credit card processing fees) may be non-refundable.

Failure to attend a scheduled course without prior notification will not result in a refund.
